Privacy Policy

Short version: there are no accounts, no profiles, and no database of your golf data. You give the tool some numbers (and sometimes a screenshot), it does the math, and you get a result. Here's exactly what happens to it.

In a sentence We don't store your inputs or your screenshots, we don't sell anything, and we don't publish anyone's name or results. The math runs in your browser; the only things that leave it are a course-name lookup and (if you upload screenshots) the images sent to be read.

What you give us

We never ask for your identity, and you don't need an account.

Where it goes

The verdict card

If you create a shareable card, it's generated in your browser. We don't post it anywhere — sharing it is entirely your choice, and you can redact the name first. Calculator cards can include the same private-fragment calculation link described above.

Logs & infrastructure

The site and its functions run on Vercel, fronted by Cloudflare. Like any website, these keep standard request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and the page requested) to run the service and prevent abuse, per their own policies.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool, to count visits and page views. It doesn't use cookies, fingerprint you, or track you across other sites.

We also use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, completed analysis tools, and general usage over time. Google Analytics loads automatically and sets first-party analytics cookies (including _ga) that distinguish browsers and sessions. Shared calculation fragments are removed before Google Analytics loads, so those inputs are not included in its page-location data. Campaign labels in links (such as source, campaign, and content labels) may be kept for the current browser tab and attached to anonymous product-event counts; we do not retain advertising click IDs or user identifiers in that event stream. We keep Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization disabled; we do not use these analytics cookies for advertising. Google handles analytics data under its privacy policy.

You can block or delete analytics cookies through your browser settings. Cloudflare or Turnstile may still set functional/security cookies so the site works and stays protected.
